Izzy is an award winning financial adviser who created Henry Advisory after years working with high income earners who were struggling with the same question – I’m earning good money, but I still don’t feel like I’m getting ahead.
Off the back of his clients success and feedback Izzy knew there was more that could be done for his clients and Henry Advisory was born to fill the gap beyond super & insurance advice. By delivering transparent, results-driven advice, ensuring clients take home the profit and can clearly see the value being created for themselves.
This passion also extends to his ADF & veteran clients who for too long have not been provided with a tailored service which aims to merge their military life with civilian life and to ensure at the end of the day they’re a looked after.

Sam McQueen – Co Founder & General Manager
As Co-Founder and Director of Henry Advisory, Sam brings extensive experience across financial advice, financial planning, and fund management. A qualified Financial Adviser with a Bachelor of Management and Finance and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, she combines technical expertise with a practical, client-first approach.
With experience across client support, advice delivery, and investment management, Sam has a well-rounded understanding of the full client journey. This breadth of experience positions her to lead Henry Advisory’s operations, adviser capability, and client experience, ensuring the firm delivers a seamless, high-quality experience that empowers clients—whether high-income earners, families, or individuals—to achieve confidence and clarity in their financial future.
Sam also plays a key role in setting Henry Advisory’s strategic direction and maintaining strong operational systems and processes, enabling the practice to operate efficiently while consistently meeting client needs.
